We commit to responding to and preventing domestic violence through workplace actions.

We work with the Centre for Research & Education on Violence against Women & Children to provide education about domestic violence to our workforce.
As employers, we invite our employees to come forward with any concerns about their own situation or that of their co-workers.
As unions, we invite our members to come forward with any concerns about their own situation or that of their co-workers.
We work with community partners to ensure safety and provide support to any of our workers who are experiencing domestic violence.
